Customers are responsible for configuring their agents, reviewing outputs where appropriate, and ensuring that their use of Rootel complies with applicable laws and their own customer notices.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide Rootel, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. Customers may request deletion of their workspace data, and Meta-related user data deletion requests can be submitted through our Data Deletion page.

Your choices and rights

  • You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law provides those rights.
  • Rootel customers can manage many account, user, and integration settings directly inside the platform.
  • End users who interact with a Rootel customer should also contact that business directly, because Rootel often processes end-customer data on behalf of the business that deployed the agent.
